What You'll Do10

  • 1Patrol assigned properties to deter security threats and ensure safety
  • 2Monitor surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and other security equipment
  • 3Control access by verifying identification and authorizing entry
  • 4Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, incidents, and requests for assistance
  • 5Prepare accurate daily activity logs and detailed incident reports
  • 6Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary
  • 7De-escalate conflicts and maintain order using sound judgment
  • 8Inspect for safety hazards and enforce client procedures
  • 9Provide professional customer service and maintain a professional presence
  • 10Enter data in computer systems and maintain logs and records

Requirements10

  • 1Current state security guard license where applicable
  • 2High school diploma or GED
  • 3Valid driver’s license if required for post
  • 4Ability to pass background investigation and drug screening
  • 5Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 6Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods
  • 7Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
  • 8Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • 9Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
  • 10CPR or First Aid certifications preferred
