Overview

Lead security professional responsible for safeguarding staff, executives, and facilities across multiple sites with a focus on risk assessment, safety wardens, and incident response. This role operates onsite in Phoenix and collaborates with Security Supervisors, facilities, and department management to enforce policies and enhance safety posture. You’ll own post orders, access control, and incident reporting while shaping security programs for the organization.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and maintain post orders, conduct patrols, and ensure logs and reports are complete and accurate
  • 2Design and operate security systems including access control, CCTV, badge management and incident reporting
  • 3Lead safety wardens program administration and training for security staff and new hires
  • 4Drive incident response and escalation with executive and department leadership during emergencies
  • 5Own data entry and verification for security badges, access control logs and incident reports
  • 6Prepare detailed incident reports and recommendations to improve policies and procedures
  • 7Coordinate pass down briefings to security staff on operational changes and security risks
  • 8Monitor CCTV and security compliance to prevent policy violations and hazards
  • 9Support security supervisor in daily operations and scheduling across shifts
  • 10Ensure compliance with Carrington Physical Security Policy and build strong partnerships with vendors and contractors

Requirements10

  • 1High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2Two years security-related training or equivalent experience
  • 3Valid Security/Guard License as required by state
  • 4Certification in Adult First Aid CPR and AED
  • 5Valid Driver’s License
  • 6Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
  • 7Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • 8Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic IT literacy
  • 9Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • 10Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional appearance
