Supply Chain Specialist, ERP & Excel Focused in Phoenix
Overview
Own end-to-end order fulfillment and logistics coordination at scale within a fast-paced environment. You’ll manage order processing, supplier and 3PL communications, and materials planning to prevent stockouts. Use SAP and advanced MS Excel to analyze data and drive improvements. This role combines operations, inventory control, and reverse logistics with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery. You’ll collaborate with customers, warehouses, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and exceptional service quality.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build end-to-end order processing workflows to ensure accurate system entry and on-time shipment readiness
- 2Coordinate with 3PLs and forwarders to optimize shipping costs and achieve OTD targets
- 3Drive material planning by analyzing forecasts and procuring materials to prevent stockouts
- 4Monitor inventory accuracy and safety stock levels to maintain system-to-physical parity
- 5Manage RMA processing and reverse logistics, coordinating replacements and updating system inventory promptly
Requirements5
- 1Experience: 1-2+ years in Supply Chain, Order Management, or Logistics operations
- 2Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced MS Excel for data analysis
- 3Strong cross-functional communication with customers, warehouses, and external vendors
- 4Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- 5Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage exceptions
