- 4Participate in VAT Committee meetings for strategic decision-making
- 5Drive performance improvement projects to boost departmental efficiency
- 6Contribute to value analysis initiatives for supply optimization
- 7Process supply returns and manage documentation accurately
- 8Coordinate product recalls to maintain safety and regulatory compliance
- 9Educate staff on product updates and supply changes
- 10Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues and evaluate new products
- 11Maintain organized supply areas for efficient access and tracking
- 12Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements11
- 1Basic knowledge of products and equipment used in the specialty area
- 2Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel
- 3Demonstrated ability to work independently
- 4Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 5Understanding of clinical procedures
- 6In-depth knowledge of specialty area products and equipment
- 7Some experience with purchasing receiving shipping and distribution
- 8Ability to use an ERP system
- 9High school diploma or equivalent
- 10Associate degree in Business preferred
- 111+ year healthcare experience required
