What You'll Do11
- 1Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring and onboarding to ensure right fit
- 2Manage and motivate Small Store Merchandisers through performance management and training
- 3Conduct three or more RED rides weekly to develop merchandising skills
- 4Implement continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus
- 5Teach, coach, and train Small Store Merchandisers on processes and procedures
- 6Ensure compliance with Kronos timekeeping and mileage reimbursement procedures
- 7Monitor business indicators and develop action plans for productivity gains
- 8Establish safe working environments through regular safety blitzes and evaluations
- 9Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and delivery teams
- 10Drive operational excellence through strategic planning and documentation
- 11Lead a team to meet company distribution objectives
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2Valid state driver's license
- 3Minimum 1 to 3 years relevant experience
- 4Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- 5Knowledge of CCCI Sales and Delivery operations preferred
- 6Prior leadership and management experience a plus
- 7Strong planning and organizational skills
- 8Experience with Spark and Airflow from previous roles
Salary Insight
$60 - $85k per year
