What You'll Do7
- 1Maintain and repair refrigeration HVAC equipment using commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills
- 2Utilize work order management system to receive and document repair activities
- 3Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls
- 4Inspect, operate, or test facilities equipment to diagnose issues
- 5Complete required training for safe operation of tools and equipment
- 6Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations
- 7Lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights frequently
Requirements6
- 15+ years experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance
- 2Large Scale Rack Refrigeration experience
- 3EPA certification for refrigerant handling
- 4Valid state driver’s license with clean record
- 5High School Diploma or equivalent
- 610 years experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance
