What You'll Do9
- 1Lead daily self-perform concrete operations on water and wastewater treatment plant projects
- 2Supervise crews performing structural concrete work including foundations walls slabs tanks and equipment pads
- 3Coordinate manpower equipment materials and schedules to maintain project timelines
- 4Ensure safe on-schedule high-quality work through proactive oversight
- 5Collaborate with Project Managers engineers inspectors and trades to solve field challenges
- 6Mentor field crews while fostering a strong safety culture
- 7Negotiate and purchase materials maintain as-built documents act as owner and architect/engineer contact
- 8Verify inventory analysis survey construction sites
- 9Drive operational excellence across large civil or industrial projects
Requirements8
- 1Degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field
- 25+ years concrete construction experience with leadership as Foreman or Superintendent
- 3Proven ability to lead self-perform structural concrete crews on heavy civil projects
- 4Warehouse treatment plant experience preferred
- 5Strong reading comprehension of construction drawings and schedule management skills
- 6Commitment to safety quality and teamwork willingness to travel
- 7Experience with CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified certification
- 85+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
