- 3Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules using MS Project
- 4Ensure work complies with HCAI/OSHPD requirements project specifications and quality standards
- 5Maintain project safety while working in occupied hospital environments
- 6Coordinate construction activities around hospital staff patients and ongoing medical operations
- 7Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate daily field activities
- 8Review drawings RFIs submittals and field changes
- 9Maintain daily reports project documentation and quality control
- 10Partner with Project Managers to keep projects on schedule and within budget
Requirements9
- 15+ years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor
- 2Recent HCAI/OSHPD healthcare construction experience required
- 3Experience working in active hospitals imaging departments operating rooms or other occupied healthcare facilities
- 4Strong understanding of healthcare renovation and tenant improvement projects
- 5Proficient with MS Project scheduling
- 6Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
- 7Ground-up healthcare construction experience
- 8Experience managing multiple phases within occupied medical facilities
- 9Strong knowledge of infection control ICRA and healthcare construction best practices
Salary Insight
$110 - $160k per year
