Overview
LVI Associates seeks a Superintendent to lead field operations for complex treatment plant pump station excavation sitework and utility projects in Massachusetts. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $120000 to $170000. The ideal candidate brings strong field leadership practical construction expertise and proven ability to manage large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
What You'll Do12
- 1Lead day-to-day field operations on water and wastewater treatment plant pump station and related infrastructure projects as well as excavation sitework utility projects
- 2Supervise and coordinate subcontractors self-performed work vendors and field crews
- 3Plan and schedule work activities to maintain project progress and hit key milestones
- 4Conduct daily huddles toolbox talks and safety coordination with crews and subcontractors
- 5Coordinate closely with Project Managers on materials manpower subcontractor scheduling and field issues
- 6Review plans specifications shop drawings and contract documents to ensure correct work execution
- 7Maintain quality control and meet contract scope and project requirements
- 8Track daily and weekly progress productivity manpower and site conditions
- 9Prepare accurate daily reports and communicate project updates clearly
- 10Interface with owners engineers inspectors subcontractors and local officials
- 11Participate in preconstruction planning project closeout punch list and turnover activities
- 12Mentor Assistant Superintendents Field Engineers and emerging field leaders

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading excavation and utilities projects
- 35+ years constructing Python applications
- 43-5 seasons implementing React components
- 52-4 seasons managing Kubernetes clusters
