You will own the sales floor at our Airport/Waterford Lakes location, delivering 5+ seasons of exceptional customer service in a fast-moving retail environment. You will join a team of 200,000+ employees at Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica, a global leader in eyewear. Your role focuses on driving sales, styling customers with premium sunglasses, and managing store operations. This seasonal position offers a pathway to grow within a 3,000+ store network.
What You'll Do8
- 1Drive sales by engaging customers and showcasing the latest Ray-Ban and Oakley styles.
- 2Style customers with personalized recommendations based on face shape and lifestyle.
- 3Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash and card payments.
- 4Maintain visual merchandising standards to keep displays inviting and current.
- 5Assist with inventory counts and replenishing stock on the sales floor.
- 6Provide product knowledge on lens technology and UV protection.
- 7Support team during peak hours and seasonal rushes.
- 8Uphold brand image and store policies to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
Requirements8
- 10-2 years retail or customer service experience.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- 4Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 5Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- 6Passion for fashion and eyewear trends.
- 7Must be 18 years or older.
- 8Basic math and computer skills.
