Sales Associate, Sunglass Retail
Overview
You'll own the sales floor at a Sunglass Hut store, driving revenue and delivering a luxury customer experience. You'll join a team of 10+ associates and report to the Store Manager. This role stands out for its flexible part-time schedule and commission potential.
What You'll Do7
- 1Greet customers and assess their needs to recommend sunglasses that match their style and budget.
- 2Drive sales by promoting current collections and seasonal offers.
- 3Manage inventory on the sales floor, ensuring display units are stocked and organized.
- 4Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- 5Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards.
- 6Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
- 7Meet individual and store sales targets through high-energy engagement.
Requirements6
- 11+ year experience in retail or customer service.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 25 lbs.
- 4Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- 5Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 6Passion for fashion and eyewear trends.
