What You'll Do11
- 1Provide classroom coverage for absent teachers ensuring continuity of learning
- 2Follow lesson plans to maintain academic standards

- 4Offer academic support and assistance to students
- 5Manage classroom behavior according to school policies
- 6Communicate student information and concerns to teachers
- 7Assist with academic and supervisory tasks as needed
- 8Demonstrate flexibility throughout the school day
- 9Lead the daily Homework Club program from 2:15 PM to 4:00 PM
- 10Supervise student dismissal and pickup procedures
- 11Coordinate with teachers and administrators on student matters
