What You'll Do7
- 1Be On-Call & Classroom-Ready: Maintain active readiness to respond to coverage requests and seamlessly step into ongoing programs on short notice
- 2Supervise & Engage: Safely supervise students from Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade during after-school programming
- 3Execute & Adapt Activities: Lead standard or pre-planned recreational academic and enrichment activities with enthusiasm and adaptability
- 4Safety & Well-being: Ensure student safety at all times by adhering to program policies emergency protocols and site guidelines
- 5Behavior Management: Facilitate positive social interactions and manage student behavior using positive reinforcement techniques
- 6Reporting & Documentation: Maintain attendance logs document daily notes for returning staff and complete incident reports when necessary
- 7Site Preparation: Prepare organize and reset activity spaces and materials to keep learning environments safe clean and welcoming
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading classroom enrichment programs
- 318+ years of age
- 4Strong interpersonal and communication skills
