Overview
The role owns implementation and maintenance of a trainee employee assistance program ensuring substance abuse awareness prevention staff training and community resource networking. This position drives comprehensive substance use education and supports continuous recovery efforts.
What You'll Do11
- 1Assess student substance use needs and conduct targeted counseling
- 2Lead individual and group interventions for at-risk participants
- 3Coordinate new student orientation during Career Preparation Phase
- 4Enforce 45-day retesting protocol for positive drug tests
- 5Provide relapse prevention follow-up through counseling sessions
- 6Deliver prevention education across all phases of Job Corps program
- 7Facilitate in-service training on substance issues for staff and students
- 8Develop recreational activities promoting alcohol and drug free lifestyles
- 9Recommend medical separations and reinstatement options
- 10Serve as liaison between center and external agencies
- 11Maintain confidential case reports and referral documentation
Requirements10
- 1State certification as a Substance Abuse Counselor
- 25+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 3Proficiency in AWS Certified solutions
- 4Expertise in Kubernetes container orchestration
- 5Strong skills in React framework development
- 6Understanding of Kubernetes cluster management
- 7Knowledge of Python programming language
- 8Experience with BCBA certification standards
- 9Ability to apply CPC Card best practices
- 10Demonstrated leadership in technical environments
