Overview

The position owns athlete eligibility monitoring and supports NCAA rule compliance. You will assist with game-day operations and collaborate on educational material development. This role differs by focusing on direct compliance support within the Athletics Compliance Office.

What You'll Do5

  • 1Monitor athletics activities to ensure NCAA rule compliance
  • 2Support game-day compliance for selected home football games
  • 3Collaborate on departmental projects and special initiatives
  • 4Develop NCAA rules education materials for coaches staff and student-athletes
  • 5Complete administrative tasks and support daily office operations

Requirements5

  • 1Current USF student with Federal Work Study award must upload award and class schedule for fall 2026
  • 2Level 1 criminal background check clearance
  • 3Bold CPC Card or BCBA certification if applicable
  • 4Minimum 5+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 5Strong understanding of federal employment laws and equal opportunity principles
