Overview
Lead ownership of engineering design and structural analysis for large bulk material handling equipment including conveyors crushers screens tanks pipes foundations platforms beams supports for mining applications. Full-time on-site position in Denver Colorado. Competitive compensation range $120000-$130000 annually.

- 1Design and analyze structural integrity of large conveyors crushers screens tanks pipes foundations platforms beams supports
- 2Develop detailed connection specifications and evaluate alternative framing solutions
- 3Perform structural analysis of mining equipment structures
- 4Create and communicate structural details for project documentation
- 5Conduct material take-offs and prepare bills of materials
- 6Review vendor documents and coordinate with fabrication teams
- 7Ensure compliance with material specifications and relevant building codes
- 8Produce 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD Revit and SolidWorks
- 9Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex structural challenges
- 10Maintain documentation for regulatory approvals and quality assurance
- 11Drive project timelines through effective communication and stakeholder coordination
Requirements10
- 1BS Degree in Structural Engineering from accredited university
- 25+ years experience designing and analyzing large bulk material handling equipment
- 3PE SE or in-process status preferred
- 4Proficiency with AutoCAD Revit AutoCAD Civil 3D and SolidWorks
- 5Experience with AISC standards and material specifications
- 6Strong knowledge of load calculations and 2D/3D drawing interpretation
- 7Familiarity with vendor document review processes
- 8Understanding of mining industry practices and safety regulations
- 9Ability to work independently and make informed technical decisions
- 10Excellent written and verbal communication skills
