STRTP Administrator, Residential Treatment & Compliance
Overview
You will own the full operational leadership of the STRTP program, driving compliance with Title 22, Title 17, and CCR regulations. Working with the 7ALPHA Foundation in Los Angeles, you will direct clinical, case management, and direct care teams, and coordinate with county and probation agencies. Your decisions will shape resident care in a trauma-informed environment, requiring daily judgment on safety, quality, and regulatory adherence. This role stands out for its balanced focus on strategic direction and hands-on compliance management.
What You'll Do10
- 1Oversee daily operations of the STRTP program, ensuring full compliance with Title 22, Title 17, CCR, and STRTP regulations
- 2Maintain licensing, certification, and contract requirements, coordinating with CDSS and DHCS
- 3Supervise program management staff, including clinical, case management, and direct care leadership
- 4Develop, implement, and enforce program policies, procedures, and SOPs
- 5Coordinate with county placing agencies, probation departments, and external stakeholders
- 6Monitor program quality, outcomes, and continuous quality improvement (CQI) efforts
- 7Ensure staff training, credentialing, and performance evaluations are completed timely
- 8Oversee incident reporting, corrective action plans, and regulatory audits or inspections
- 9Manage program budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation
- 10Promote a safe, therapeutic, and trauma-informed environment for residents
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Behavioral Health, or related field
- 22–4 years of leadership or administrative experience in an STRTP, group home, residential treatment facility, or child welfare setting
- 3Demonstrated knowledge of STRTP regulations and CDSS licensing requirements
- 4Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams
- 5Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- 6Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 7Preferred: prior experience as an STRTP Administrator or Program Director
- 8Preferred: experience with accreditation, audits, and corrective action processes
- 9Ability to pass DOJ/FBI Live Scan background clearance
- 10Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record
- 11CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
