Overview
Lead training and multimedia development for the SETS program. Own training requirements and execute sustainment strategies. Collaborate with engineering teams and cross-functional groups. What You'll Do9
- 1Collaborate with engineering teams to create high-quality training materials that meet user needs and customer standards ensuring content is comprehensive engaging effective and delivered on time
- 2Apply SME knowledge and expertise to the development review and delivery of training
- 3Drive performance to cost and schedule targets
- 4Regularly interact with the SETS program office and customers providing input on program highlights staffing needs program outlooks risks and opportunities
- 5Apply disciplined RTX Lifecycle Program Management processes and utilize tools to establish and monitor metrics and trends to ensure excellence in execution
- 6Travel approximately 30 percent domestically to meet with stakeholders and customers
- 7Design and deliver onsite training sessions aligned with program objectives
- 8Manage instructional design workflows and coordinate training resources across ISDs instructors and engineers
- 9Ensure adherence to RLPM processes while maintaining focus on quality outcomes
Requirements6
- 1University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 8 years relevant experience or advanced degree with minimum 5 years experience
- 2Military and/or civilian training experience
- 3System radar training experience
- 4Experience leading or managing training development for large-scale military programs
- 5Familiarity with computer based training development
- 6Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Word Project and PowerPoint
