Requirements8
- 15+ years of experience in key holder or assistant management roles
- 2Ability to supervise teams of 8–12 employees
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems
- 4Strong leadership and sales acumen
- 5Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- 6Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
- 7Experience with scheduling and time management
