- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading retail teams
- 32+ years retail management or leadership experience
- 4Strong customer service and communication skills
- 5Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- 6Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- 7Experience with inventory management and retail operations
- 8Flexible schedule including weekends as needed
- 9Knowledge of dog nutrition supplements or pet wellness products
- 10Experience building customer loyalty and community relationships
- 11Passion for animals and interest in pet wellness
