Requirements11
- 15+ years leading retail teams in fast-paced environments
- 23-5 seasons of hospitality management experience
- 3High school diploma required
- 4Flexibility to relocate within 50 mile radius of Sacramento
- 5Ability to work variable schedules including evenings weekends and holidays
- 6Spark and Airflow proficiency for technical operations
- 7CPC Card certification preferred for leadership roles
- 8Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- 9Strong conflict resolution skills in high-pressure settings
- 10Experience with POS systems and inventory management software
- 11Commitment to maintaining clean safe workspaces meeting ADA standards
