What You'll Do11
- 1Lead daily store operations including hiring and directing associates to achieve financial targets

- 3Complete an 8 week store leadership training program before assuming full responsibility
- 4Utilize advanced analytics to optimize inventory and sales performance
- 5Implement safety protocols while maintaining compliance with health regulations
- 6Manage staff scheduling and resolve conflicts promptly
- 7Drive revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives
- 8Maintain accurate financial records and budget adherence
- 9Foster a positive work culture aligned with family values
- 10Collaborate with corporate teams for continuous improvement
- 11Ensure proper documentation of all operational activities
Requirements11
- 15+ years leading retail teams in fast paced environments
- 2Spark and Airflow proficiency for data analysis tasks
- 3CPC Card certification preferred for leadership roles
- 4AWS cloud infrastructure knowledge beneficial for operations
- 5BCBA certification valued for customer engagement strategies
- 65+ years building automated systems using Python
- 73-5 seasons managing high volume restaurant operations
- 8High school diploma minimum requirement
- 9Flexibility for weekend shifts within 50 mile radius
- 10Ability to lift 50 lbs and maintain stamina for extended periods
- 11Strong verbal communication skills for team leadership
