What You'll Do11

- 2Pick pack and ship customer orders following omni processes to enhance productivity
- 3Prioritize workload based on delivery options and follow packing standards
- 4Strategically pick merchandise for STH and BOPIS orders to minimize steps
- 5Organize equipment and replenish supplies in fulfillment and pickup areas
- 6Maintain merchandise presentation standards and support store recovery efforts
- 7Leverage training tools and embrace feedback to master omni procedures
- 8Stay informed about products promotions and policies to improve execution
- 9Contribute to positive store culture through teamwork and knowledge sharing
- 10Enhance in store customer experience by assisting shoppers and handling peak traffic
- 11Follow asset protection safety guidelines and security protocols to reduce risk
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in retail operations
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified preferred
- 55+ years experience with data tools
- 6Ability to lift and carry at least 500 lbs
- 7Comfortable using smartphones tablets and Windows operating systems
- 8Flexible availability for nights weekends and holidays
- 9Strong communication skills across multiple platforms
- 10Commitment to continuous learning and self directed work
