What You'll Do11
- 1Gather dirty dishware from tubs and clear leftovers before automated washing
- 2Load dishracks and place them correctly for machine operation
- 3Operate automatic dishwashing machines according to manufacturer instructions
- 4Unload clean dishes and inspect for cleanliness before stacking
- 5Manually scrub pots pans and equipment requiring non‑automatic cleaning
- 6Polish silver stainless steel and pewter using approved products
- 7Maintain dishroom cleanliness through sweeping mopping and waste removal
- 8Mop kitchen floors and clean high‑touch surfaces after each shift
- 9Sweep loading dock and remove debris to ensure safety
- 10Perform additional duties as directed by management
- 11Follow all health compliance regulations during daily operations
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Medical dental vision insurance
- 3Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- 4Basic knowledge of dishwashing processes
