Requirements10
- 15+ years experience teaching STEM subjects
- 2Proficiency in behavior management techniques
- 33-5 seasons leading educational programs
- 4Associate degree in Education preferred
- 5Experience coordinating projects with cross-functional teams
- 6Ability to commute within 30 miles of Nashville TN
- 7Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS
- 8Certification in child psychology or special education recommended
- 9Strong communication skills for parent liaison responsibilities
- 10Passion for developing future engineers and problem solvers
