What You'll Do7
- 1Design and lead engaging STEAM activities that promote exploration and skill development for elementary students.
- 2Drive the mini bus to pick up children from their elementary school, ensuring safe and punctual transport.
- 3Maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing classroom environment that meets national accreditation standards.
- 4Implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum focusing on social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.
- 5Document attendance, food program compliance, developmental milestones, accident reports, and daily parent communications.
- 6Apply Conscious Discipline techniques to guide behavior positively and build a supportive classroom community.
- 7Collaborate with fellow teachers to ensure a cohesive and successful school experience for every child.
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2Valid Texas driver's license and willingness to drive a mini bus.
- 3Experience working with young children.
- 4Ability to bend, stoop, and run to keep up with active young children.
- 5Strong communication skills with both children and parents.
- 6Compassion, respect, and patience for young children.
- 7Ability to commute to Flower Mound, TX 75028.
