What You'll Do6
- 1Serve Starbucks beverages and food items, following recipes and presentation standards.
- 2Greet each guest with a smile and deliver orders in under 3 minutes during peak hours.
- 3Operate the POS system to ring up orders and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- 4Keep counters, espresso machines, and seating areas clean and organized throughout your shift.
- 5Restock cups, lids, syrups, and food items to ensure the café stays fully equipped.
- 6Support teammates during rushes and campus events like orientation and finals week.
Requirements6
- 11+ years experience in food service or retail (preferred but not required).
- 2Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 25 pounds (e.g., milk crates, syrup boxes).
- 3High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4Must be available to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as scheduled.
- 5Food handler's card or willing to obtain before your first day.
- 6Strong communication skills in English for guest interactions.
