What You'll Do13
- 1Inspect devices for shipping damage and assess functionality
- 2Test charge and replace battery units as needed
- 3Load and configure network settings per customer specifications
- 4Install and configure programs as directed by order details
- 5Upgrade software and firmware on devices as necessary
- 6Document and communicate device or system issues with Project Leads
- 7Repackage and label completed items for shipment according to order requirements
- 8Perform general warehouse duties organizing and maintaining inventory
- 9Ensure proper device handling and storage to prevent damage
- 10Conduct quality control checks to ensure specifications are met
- 11Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate complex problems to technical support teams
- 12Assist with device setup including peripherals and accessories
- 13Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements5
- 1Previous experience in technology staging production or systems support roles preferred
- 2General knowledge of mobile devices including basic troubleshooting
