- 6Mentor engineers influence technical decisions and promote engineering excellence through documentation and knowledge sharing
- 7Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and track success metrics using data-driven practices
- 8Drive continuous improvement by evaluating tools processes and code quality to optimize outcomes
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Strong experience in software development lifecycle management including coding testing CI/CD deployment and maintenance
- 3Proficiency in API design software prototyping and applying software design patterns for secure modular and maintainable solutions
- 4Ability to lead technical design reviews and remedial actions to uphold quality and alignment with architectural standards
- 5Skilled in DevOps engineering practices to enhance infrastructure tooling and developer productivity
- 6Data-driven decision-making capabilities to define metrics and optimize engineering processes
