Staff Software Engineer, Full-Stack AI Fintech
Overview
Own major features across the stack for an AI fintech platform built on LLMs at scale. Work within a 51–200 person engineering team in New York City on-site, partnering with Product and Customer Success to deliver AI-powered tooling for financial services. This role emphasizes craft, scalability, and user experience in a fast-moving environment. You will shape technical design, drive end-to-end delivery, and ensure reliability and observability of production services.
What You'll Do5

Requirements5
- 15+ years of industry experience in full-stack software engineering delivering production-grade web applications
- 2Extensive experience with React and TypeScript for front-end development
- 3Proven experience deploying production applications with Python, Next.js, NestJS, Docker, AWS, and Tailwind CSS
- 4Hands-on experience with modern framework features in production (e.g., React Server Components, streaming)
- 5Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
