Overview

You will own the product strategy and roadmap for CoreWeave Kubernetes Service and the broader container services portfolio, serving top AI labs and enterprises. You will shape the next generation of Kubernetes-based and lightweight Sandboxes for AI training, inference, and agents. Working with engineering, sales, and marketing, you will drive execution from vision to launch. This role offers the chance to define container services for the AI-first cloud at scale.

What You'll Do8

  • 1Lead product strategy and roadmap for CKS and Sandboxes, delivering outcomes in the first 90 days.
  • 2Partner with engineering, sales, and marketing to align on goals and execute seamless go-to-market launches.
  • 3Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and differentiation for Kubernetes services.
  • 4Drive go-to-market strategy with partners, including positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
  • 5Define key metrics and reporting to monitor compute service performance and inform decisions.
  • 6Collaborate with customers to translate needs into product features for CKS and Sandboxes.
  • 7Mentor cross-functional teams, applying strong decision-making and project management skills.
  • 8Dive into technical details to guide engineering on Kubernetes and container architecture.

Requirements7

  • 18+ years professional experience with 5+ years in product management of cloud services or AI/ML.
  • 2Deep understanding of Kubernetes and container workloads and frameworks.
  • 3Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams with strong decision-making and mentoring skills.
  • 4Experience working closely with customers to identify needs and translate into features.
  • 5Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence stakeholders.
  • 6Strategic thinking with ability to guide engineering on technical details.
  • 7Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus.
