What You'll Do7
- 1Perform monthly and quarterly bookkeeping and bank reconciliations
- 2Maintain and clean up client QuickBooks files Desktop and Online
- 3Assist with preparation of individual and business tax returns 1040 1065 1120S
- 4Prepare payroll and sales tax filings Forms 941 FL RT-6 etc.
- 5Prepare 1099s and assist with year-end reporting
- 6Communicate with clients regarding routine accounting and documentation
- 7Support partners and senior staff during tax season
Requirements7
- 12–4 years accounting or bookkeeping experience
- 2Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
- 3Fluent in English and Spanish required
- 4Ability to meet deadlines
- 5Strong attention to detail
- 6Experience in a CPA firm preferred
- 7Experience with tax return preparation
