What You'll Do11
- 1Provide white-glove onboarding and ongoing support for internal compute platform users
- 2Deliver high-touch assistance via Slack community forums and ticketing systems
- 3Perform deep technical troubleshooting of Kubernetes and container-related issues
- 4Investigate and resolve problems across workloads scheduling services networking RBAC
- 5Analyze Linux server issues using tools like tcpdump strace traceroute dig journalctl top htop
- 6Document incidents create runbooks and improve knowledge base articles
- 7Contribute to postmortems and propose platform improvements
- 8Collaborate with SRE and platform teams to identify bugs and suggest enhancements
- 9Maintain detailed documentation and provide structured feedback on support trends
- 10Develop scripts and review pull requests while communicating clearly with engineering
- 11Uphold organizational standards and deliver solutions with precision
Requirements11
- 15+ years building Linux networking and Kubernetes expertise
- 2Strong Linux fundamentals including process management services filesystem and kernel basics
- 3Comfortable with Docker containerization and image management
- 4Experience in production support for large-scale systems
- 5Proficient in Python scripting and code review practices
- 6Excellent communication skills with native English fluency
- 7Detail-oriented mindset with meticulous troubleshooting abilities
- 8Independent problem solver comfortable working in distributed teams
- 9Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10Familiarity with Spark Kafka or other distributed systems
- 11Private cloud or internal platform engineering experience preferred
