What You'll Do6
- 1Own SQL Server migration pipeline directly accountable for Created ARR Launched ARR pipeline velocity win rates
- 2Design self‑service field enablement including migration playbooks licensing optimization workshops competitive battle cards discovery scripts prospecting content
- 3Build field narrative for migration timing and AWS differentiation using economic analysis operational simplification and customer proof points
- 4Influence product roadmap by synthesizing field feedback feature requests competitive gaps and adoption blockers
- 5Track metrics such as Created ARR Launched ARR pipeline velocity assessment‑to‑opportunity conversion win/loss rates by segment and geo
- 6Deliver insights to leadership via weekly monthly reporting and business reviews
Requirements5
- 15+ years working with Data & AI related technologies including AI/ML GenAI Analytics Database storage
- 25+ years Go‑To‑Market Business Development Sales or Consulting experience
- 3Bachelor's degree
- 4Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations across leadership and cross‑functional teams
- 5Experience explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
