Sr Software Integration Engineer, Critical Infrastructure & SDLC
Overview
C2H Sr. Software Integration Engineer will own end to end integration of security solutions for critical infrastructure at scale. You will work onsite in Carrollton, TX with a multidisciplinary team, partner directly with customers, and drive projects from requirements through deployment over multi year lifecycles. This role offers hands on engineering, cross functional collaboration, and opportunity to influence architectural decisions on large complex systems.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and deploy software applications, databases, networking components, and integrated solutions to meet customer requirements
- 2Design, implement, test, and troubleshoot system integrations and SQL databases to support ongoing operations
- 3Lead and participate in software design reviews and documentation efforts
- 4Perform software builds and deployments using Visual Studio
- 5Engage with customers to gather requirements, resolve technical issues, and support onsite installations and acceptance testing
- 6Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure change control and configuration management align with best practices
- 7Support warranty periods with technical assistance and issue resolution
- 8Contribute to release management activities and system validation across environments
- 9Provide technical guidance on SDLC processes and project lifecycles to ensure successful delivery
- 10Maintain strong analytical and problem solving skills to diagnose complex integration challenges
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 27+ years of experience in systems integration, software integration, or related engineering disciplines
- 3Strong SQL and relational database experience
- 4Experience with Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft 365 environments
- 5Understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and system architectures
- 6Experience using Visual Studio for software builds and deployments
- 7Ability to read and troubleshoot code for debugging purposes
- 8Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
- 9Strong communication skills and customer facing experience
- 10U.S. Citizenship required
