Software Integration Engineer, Radiation Tech & Onsite Contract
Overview
Owns the integration and troubleshooting of software and hardware systems at scale for customer environments. Supports build, deployment, and implementation processes while resolving technical issues across software, databases, networks, and customer environments. Works independently to coordinate across teams on-site in Carrollton, TX during a 6‑month W2 contract with the intent to hire. This role requires hands‑on problem solving and collaboration in a radiation technology context.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and debug integration workflows between software and hardware components to enable seamless deployments.
- 2Design and implement troubleshooting procedures to reduce issue resolution time across software, database, and network layers.
- 3Lead on-site support during deployment phases, coordinating with customers and internal teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- 4Ship integrated solutions by validating end-to-end system performance and documenting configurations for repeatable deployments.
- 5Scale integration processes for multiple customer environments while maintaining compliance with field requirements.

- 15+ years driving software integration in environments involving software, databases, and networks
- 2Experience with on-site deployment and customer-facing technical support
- 3Proven ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software interactions in production environments
- 4Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward quick incident resolution
- 5Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
