Requirements10
- 15+ years building hematology pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 22 years industry experience with IVD medical device or pharmaceutical background
- 3Hematology expertise including blood analysis techniques and data interpretation
- 4Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams for technical solutions
- 5Strong documentation and laboratory record maintenance skills
- 6Experience with design control processes
- 7Ability to present technical material to large groups
- 8Familiarity with competitive products and market trends
- 9Collaboration skills for new product development initiatives
- 10Experience with technical communications and external stakeholder management
