Sr. Project Manager, Motorola P25 Radio Systems
Overview
Own the implementation and cutover of a 7800 MHz Motorola P25 public-safety radio system for a client in Mineola, NY. Lead the project from start to finish, coordinating with law enforcement stakeholders and technical teams. This long-term onsite role demands a specialist with deep Motorola radio expertise, not a general IT PM. You will drive the schedule, manage risks, and ensure a seamless transition to the new system.

- 1Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Motorola P25 radio system, from planning to cutover.

- 110+ years managing Motorola public-safety radio systems projects, preferably in law enforcement.
- 2Hands-on experience with 500/700/800 MHz and 7800 MHz radio systems.
- 3Proven track record of delivering complex radio system cutovers.
- 4Deep knowledge of P25 standards and Motorola infrastructure.
- 5Experience working with public-safety agencies and understanding their operational requirements.
