Overview
Partner Development Manager owns strategic public sector relationships and drives joint go-to-market strategies across WWPS segments. Serves as primary public sector point of contact, defines GTM strategy, collaborates with AWS teams, navigates compliance, maintains pipeline, builds executive relationships, and acts as internal voice of partnership.

- 4Collaborate with AWS field teams and solution architects to integrate partner models with AWS services
- 5Navigate FedRAMP and other public sector compliance requirements
- 6Maintain pipeline and forecast tied to partner model release cadence
- 7Build and manage executive-level relationships with public sector leadership
- 8Deliver quarterly business reviews with pipeline health and adoption metrics
- 9Serve as internal voice of partnership across AWS WWPS leadership
- 10Ensure alignment on prioritization and resource allocation
- 11Escalate issues through proper channels
Requirements11
- 1US Citizen required
- 25+ years developing, negotiating and executing business agreements
- 35+ years professional or military experience
- 45+ years working with Core Cloud Technology Services including Compute Edge Hybrid Security Networking
- 55+ years Go-To-Market Business Development Sales Consulting experience
- 6Bachelor's degree
- 7Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications
- 8Experience explaining complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences
- 9Experience presenting to executive audiences
- 10Experience identifying and negotiating complex legal agreements
- 11Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
Salary Insight
$133 - $200k per year
