Overview

Boardwalk Pipelines seeks a Sr/Lead Financial Analyst to own financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis across a 14,000-mile natural gas pipeline network. You will lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and 5-year strategic plan, reporting directly to Finance leadership. The role spans EBITDA reporting, free cash flow modeling, and project finance, partnering with operations, business development, and executives. What You'll Do10

  • 1Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and 5-year strategic financial plan for the organization.
  • 2Prepare and analyze EBITDA forecasts, free cash flow projections, and other key financial metrics for leadership.
  • 3Support the monthly close process, analyzing and reporting on EBITDA results and variances.
  • 4Develop and maintain strategic financial models for growth projects, capital investments, and debt analysis using Excel.
  • 5Lead special projects and cross-functional initiatives across departments, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • 6Conduct monthly budget center reviews, detailed account analyses, and variance reporting for all entities.
  • 7Design and deliver financial and operational reports to support management decision-making, using Oracle EBS and Excel.
  • 8Present financial analyses and recommendations to Finance leadership and executive management.
  • 9Prepare financial information for external customers and federal regulatory reporting.
  • 10Assist in implementing and enhancing financial systems and reporting tools, including Oracle EBS.

Requirements10

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, or FP&A.
  • 2Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 3Strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • 4Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • 5Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex modeling and data analysis.
  • 6Experience with Oracle Enterprise Business Suite or other integrated financial systems.
  • 7Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • 8Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presenting to all levels.
  • 9Demonstrated leadership with initiative to independently manage projects.
  • 10CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
