Overview
Lead the design, development, and verification of electrical hardware for secure communications systems. Collaborate cross-functionally with Cybersecurity, Software, and FPGA engineering teams to deliver robust, mission-critical hardware solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
What You'll Do8
- 1Lead the design, development, and verification of electrical hardware for secure communications systems
- 2Collaborate cross-functionally with Cybersecurity, Software, and FPGA engineering teams throughout the full hardware development lifecycle
- 3Develop and review schematics, PCB layouts, and hardware design documentation
- 4Define and execute hardware verification and validation plans
- 5Support hardware integration, testing, and troubleshooting efforts
- 6Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
- 7Ensure designs meet applicable standards, requirements, and security protocols
- 8Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or a related field
- 210 + years of experience in electrical hardware design
- 3Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB design tools
- 4Familiarity with FIPS 140-2 or FIPS 140-3 standards and their application to hardware design
- 5Strong understanding of digital and analog circuit design principles
