Overview
Own the Oracle Quote to Order (Q2C) process for a large-scale implementation, driving configuration and order management improvements. What You'll Do7
- 1Lead the analysis and design of Oracle Q2C configurations to meet business needs.
- 2Drive the implementation of Oracle Order Management solutions, ensuring alignment with quote-to-cash workflows.
- 3Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and document functional specifications for Oracle enhancements.
- 4Configure Oracle Order Management modules, including order types, workflows, and approvals.
- 5Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in Oracle Q2C processes, reducing order cycle times.
- 6Coordinate user acceptance testing and facilitate training for end users on new Oracle features.
- 7Advise on best practices for Oracle Q2C and promote process standardization across the organization.
Requirements7
- 15+ years as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud Order Management.
- 2Expert knowledge of Oracle Q2C modules, especially Order Management and Configurator.
- 3Proven experience with SQL to extract and analyze data for process improvements.
- 4Strong background in Oracle implementation lifecycle, including design, build, test, and deploy.
- 5Ability to lead requirement-gathering sessions and translate them into detailed functional designs.
- 6Experience with Oracle integrations to CRM and billing systems is a plus.
- 7Excellent communication skills, with experience leading daily team calls and status updates.
