Oracle Order Management Lead Consultant, Automotive
Overview
You will lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management for automotive clients, owning the design and deployment of CUM functionality across 3-5 manufacturing sites. You will guide a team of 5 consultants, coordinating with plant managers and IT leads to ensure seamless integration with Oracle SCM modules. Your expertise in Automotive Release Management will drive process standardization and compliance across the supply chain. This role offers the opportunity to shape digital transformation in the automotive sector with 75% travel to customer locations.
What You'll Do7
- 1Design Oracle Fusion Order Management solutions for automotive clients, focusing on CUM and Release Management.
- 2Lead workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle SCM integration.
- 3Configure Oracle Order Management modules, including order orchestration, pricing, and fulfillment for 3-5 plant rollouts.
- 4Drive data migration and interface design between legacy systems and Oracle Fusion using FBDI and REST APIs.
- 5Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with automotive release processes and EDI transactions.
- 6Support go-live activities, including user training, cutover planning, and post-implementation support for 90 days.
- 7Own the solution documentation, including process flows and configuration workbooks, for handover to support teams.
Requirements8
- 18+ years implementing Oracle Order Management in automotive or discrete manufacturing environments.
- 2Hands-on experience with CUM functionality and Automotive Release Management in Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS.
- 35+ years leading functional teams and managing end-to-end order-to-cash process design.
- 4Strong knowledge of Oracle SCM modules: Inventory, Shipping, and Receiving.
- 5Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and integration troubleshooting.
- 6Expertise with EDI transactions (850, 855, 856) and XML message mapping.
- 7Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- 8Willingness to travel 75% across customer locations and plants.
