Speech Therapist NJ DDD Approved Provider
Overview
We seek a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver individualized in-home and community-based speech therapy for adults with developmental disabilities in Philadelphia. The role involves evaluating and treating language communication and swallowing disorders while supporting participants in their independence and community engagement.
What You'll Do8
- 1Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans aligned with ISPs and person-centered goals
- 2Deliver one-on-one therapy services in homes and community settings
- 3Document services using DDD standards including session notes and progress reports
- 4Collaborate with support coordinators families and interdisciplinary teams
- 5Provide caregiver training and home programs
- 6Adhere to DDD policies and HIPAA confidentiality
- 7Maintain accurate billing records according to DDD fee-for-service rates
- 8Complete mandatory DDD trainings such as Pre-Service and Preventing Abuse/Neglect/Exploitation
Requirements8
- 1Current New Jersey license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- 2ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
- 3Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- 4Minimum one year clinical experience
- 5Valid CPR/BLS certification
- 6Clean criminal background check and NJ CRoff clearance
- 7Reliable driver's license and auto insurance
- 8Bilingual proficiency in Spanish Haitian Creole or other languages
