Requirements9
- 15+ years experience in pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders
- 23-5 seasons leading clinical teams in high-acuity settings
- 3Current Massachusetts SLP License and BCBA certification
- 4Proven ability to manage complex medical equipment including Trach/vent systems
- 5Demonstrated expertise in EPIC electronic health record integration
- 6Certification in Pediatric feeding/swallowing practices
- 7Flexibility to work across inpatient outpatient and MBS service lines
- 8Strong communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
- 9Experience with NICU discharge planning and transition of care protocols
