What You'll Do9
- 1Design and implement therapeutic interventions for preschool students using evidence-based practices
- 2Conduct comprehensive assessments including standardized testing and clinical observations
- 3Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- 4Collaborate with teachers and parents to create supportive learning environments
- 5Maintain accurate documentation in EHR systems following regulatory requirements
- 6Lead therapy sessions focusing on articulation fluency language comprehension and social skills
- 7Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- 8Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
- 9Travel between assigned preschool locations within the Ridley/Woodlyn and Springfield areas
Requirements7
- 15+ years of experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- 3Active PA SLP Licensure required
- 4ASHA CCCs preferred but not mandatory
- 5School-based experience with preschool populations strongly preferred
- 6Strong collaboration and communication skills
- 7Ability to travel between multiple preschool locations
