What You'll Do4
- 1Deliver direct speech therapy services to children in clinical and home settings, following individualized treatment plans.
- 2Implement treatment plans devised by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist for each client.
- 3Educate families and caregivers on speech and language development, providing at-home strategies to support communication.
- 4Maintain accurate documentation, including SOAP notes, assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
Requirements5
- 1California SLPA License required.
- 2Bilingual skills preferred but not required.
- 3Demonstrate professional verbal and written communication skills.
- 4Work effectively within a team and independently under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
- 5Experience working with diverse populations.
Salary Insight
