What You'll Do8
- 1Complete a structured 6-week training program covering store operations, customer service, sales, and company policies.
- 2Learn staffing and scheduling tactics, resolve stock deficiencies, and coach associates on selling behaviors.
- 3Handle customer issues and support installed sales, special orders, and product sales service needs.
- 4Master the performance management process, including reviewing associate performance and executing disciplinary steps when needed.
- 5Supervise associates in the selling effort and champion the GET culture, setting the example for customer engagement.
- 6Collaborate with partners to plan merchandise placement, signing, and inventory integrity.
- 7Operate store equipment and systems, managing daily financial operations and opening/closing duties as Manager on Duty.
- 8Enforce company policies, safety compliance, and hazmat procedures, and mitigate shrink through process accuracy.
Requirements7
- 13+ years of work experience, with 1+ year in a leadership role.
- 2High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 318 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- 4Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- 5Demonstrated customer focus and results orientation.
- 6Action-oriented with a drive to succeed.
- 7Comfortable standing or walking continuously and lifting 8-20 pounds.
