Support the Footwear department by ensuring product availability through stockroom execution, shoe running, and delivery to the sales floor. As a Specialist – Footwear Operations , you will play a key role in keeping the department efficient and athlete-ready. Be part of a team that delivers results through speed, accuracy, and teamwork.

What You'll Do9

• 1Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and create a world‑class athlete experience and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment
• 2Anticipates the needs of the athlete; actively drives sales through product and services recommendations and a deep understanding of athlete needs
• 3Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert of their area of the store focusing on best practices expectational selling skills and key operational processes
• 4Serves as a go‑to expert in designated process categories ensuring smooth execution and high productivity
• 5Demonstrates efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete‑first mindset ensuring products are ready for athletes to purchase and athletes are engaged when where and how they want
• 6Upholds company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor set plans signage requirements price changes inventory presentation replenishment standards
• 7Promotes and drives customer participation in company programs such as customer loyalty program participation warranty sales private label credit card enrollment
• 8Creates a store environment where everyone both teammates and athletes are always welcome and treated with respect
• 9Adheres to established policies and procedures related to safety loss prevention and standard operating procedures as well as to laws guidelines of external governing entities
