What You'll Do9
- 1Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and create a world‑class athlete experience and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment
- 2Anticipates the needs of the athlete; actively drives sales through product and services recommendations and a deep understanding of athlete needs
- 3Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert of their area of the store focusing on best practices expectational selling skills and key operational processes
- 4Serves as a go‑to expert in designated process categories ensuring smooth execution and high productivity
- 5Demonstrates efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete‑first mindset ensuring products are ready for athletes to purchase and athletes are engaged when where and how they want
- 6Upholds company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor set plans signage requirements price changes inventory presentation replenishment standards
- 7Promotes and drives customer participation in company programs such as customer loyalty program participation warranty sales private label credit card enrollment
- 8Creates a store environment where everyone both teammates and athletes are always welcome and treated with respect
- 9Adheres to established policies and procedures related to safety loss prevention and standard operating procedures as well as to laws guidelines of external governing entities
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience
- 3High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 41-3 years of experience
- 5Previous retail or customer‑facing experience preferred
- 6Virtual requirement: cameras must be on during all virtual interviews
- 7AI tools are not permitted during any part of the interview process
- 8Offers are contingent upon a satisfactory background check which may include ID verification
- 9Targeted Pay Range: $19.50 - $28.50
- 10Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including but not limited to location experience and position offered
- 11The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location
